Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our hassle-free process ensures you can get back to your training as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn sports equipment in its original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA slip is included inside the package.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement item will be dispatched within 5 business days.
